We will allocate rooms 1-3 (140 square meters) and meeting hall (105
square meters) as exhibition space, and rooms 4-6 as poster hall. The main hall will be the conference hall (about 1,000 seats).
We willl limit exhibitors to about 10. You can have exhibition
space as large as you wish such as to hire the whole room 2 or 3 (37 sqm each) or half of room 1 (60 sqm) or meeting hall
(105 sqm), and the cost would be negociable.
If you are interesting in buying a stand alone lunch symposium,
the cost would be maximum (400 participants x 88 RMB yuan/each, i.e.35,200 RMB yuan) US $5,000 depending on the number of
participants.
